Training

NAES endeavors to provide plant personnel the knowledge they will need for ongoing safe and efficient operation of the facility. NAES designs the training program so that operators possess a thorough understanding of the plant, including the effects of any plant modifications or new operation methods. NAES uses the Qualifications Standards to ensure that employees have the required level of knowledge to operate and maintain the plant safely and efficiently. Each operating and maintenance position at the plant has its own set of Qualifications Standards. The Qualifications Standard for each position is used to specify the required level of knowledge for that position.
