PM/CMMS Setup

Surveys have shown that most independent power plant maintenance supervisors are overwhelmed by the quantity of recommended preventive maintenance (PM) actions. Additionally, many do not have the necessary procedures to effectively complete all PM actions. NAES has developed a process by which all PM requirements can be identified and compiled into a comprehensive computerized maintenance management and information system (CMMS). NAES designs a process that allows plant management to review each PM action and prioritize it with respect to frequency, criticality, and necessity for PM procedures and historical tracking. The NAES PM planning process identifies, prioritizes, and summarizes all PM related actions for an entire power generation facility.
