Proven operational programs help minimize interruptions and downtime by clearly stating and implementing the procedures with respect to all areas of plant operations and performance. Operations Program
NAES prepares properly researched operating procedures that are clearly written in the local language. These procedures are essential to efficient plant operations and safety. Our customized procedures consolidate discrete operating requirements into system-based, comprehensive procedure manuals that are immediately useful to plant personnel. Our operations manuals are divided into three sections: system descriptions; operating procedures; and emergency operating procedures. This allows operators and managers access to the information they need quickly.Maintenance Program
NAES' philosophy is to effectively coordinate all aspects of maintenance into an integrated maintenance program. This program supports plant safety and cost-effective plant operations. Yet, NAES also understands the need to integrate its maintenance activities with those of the plant operational schedule. As such, NAES will work with the Owner to ensure full support of the plant operations schedule.Administrative Program
NAES utilizes specific administrative procedures to ensure efficient business practices and consistent administration of employee benefits. Key elements of the program include: budget preparation; salary and benefit administration; and, purchasing, reporting and other accounting practices.Safety & Health Program
NAES has a long history of working safely in all of its endeavors. NAES has achieved this by encouraging the development of a safe work ethic, complying with all legal requirements, and implementing proven safety procedures. Key to ensuring a safe and productive work environment, the procedures within this program cover topics including training, employee involvement, emergency response, lockout/tagout procedures, and inspections and reporting.Environmental Compliance Program
NAES has developed a multi-faceted structure and process to protect the environment and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permitting requirements. The environmental program consists of tools that facilitate effective issue management and full compliance for the Owner and Operator. These tools include manuals, spreadsheets, templates, and forms that help the user to effectively compile, understand, and manage the detailed environmental requirements affecting your facility.Training/Qualification Program
NAES provides plant-specific, system-oriented training that is based on our customized operating procedures and directly supports personnel qualification and certification.Water Chemistry Program
NAES provides a full chemistry program for administration by the plant staff. Key elements of the program include: chemistry control, sampling and testing, monitoring, handling and storage, and applicable chemical vendor's recommendations for handling and storage of chemicals.
